  • How do you make your event different from every other event? Personalization! We focus on personalization because our main priority is making our clients feel special. We add personalized details to all of our events, tailoring experiences to our individual customers needs and preferences. Hopefully leaving them with an event they will never forget!

  • How do you provide luxury to all of your clients? Our promise is to prioritize quality for every event, while keeping our clients budget in mind. We believe that everyone deserves a beautiful and memorable event, no matter what the budget. Our event packages are designed to be flexible and adaptable to support a wide range of clients while maintaining quality.

  • How do you optimize based on your client's request? We dedicate time to planning every client's event request to optimize their budget, space, and timeframe. We want to provide the best event possible within the means of our clients. We give our clients options through our package structure, along with the customability from our add ons.

  • How do you respond to trends and event basics? We embrace current hot trends, giving our clients what they are looking for. However, we also encourage new ideas that can become trends! This keeps our options endless, allowing our clients to be creative and contribute to our growing portfolio!

  • How do you transform event spaces to support the clients vision? In our industry, venues tend to be the focal point. However, we strive to not only create events within these venues, but also provide services to transform any space into something beautiful! We specialize in the ‘Home’ environment, tailoring your home to support your event.

Meet the Coordinator!

Hi, I’m Leila!

I started PLOTT due to a combination of my love for event coordination, my background in events and marketing, as well as my past experience in coordinating important celebrations for all of my closest friends and family.

PLOTT originated when I realized that the type ‘A’ friend is the go to person for event coordination for all important life gatherings and it takes them away from experiencing these occasions like a guest. Therefore, PLOTT was born out of need, need for event support for the people who are stuck preparing, hosting and cleaning up rather than celebrating with everyone else!

I have a Bachelor of Science in Event Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and I have worked in both fields following college.

My goal is to support hosts throughout the entire process so all that is left to do is support their friends and family while enjoying the event, in as close to the guest experience as possible!

At PLOTT we have streamlined the event creation process. You choose the theme, package, add ons you want, receiving an immediate quote. We review the contract, and accept the proposal. Then we show up during your booked time slot to set up and take down. Keeping all of the details in mind so that you, the host, can enjoy the event like an attendee! Giving you your time back and allowing you to stay present!
